Our most exciting addition to the schedule.
Obstacle Fit Kids (OFK) is an obstacle based strength & conditioning program designed to effectively teach children 6-12 years old. Kids participate in fun, engaging, & progressive workouts that deliver measurable results. Preparing them not only to be well rounded athletes but awesome humans! Success is based on effort rather than comparison.
Ninja Fit Kids (NFK) is for the playground master, the American Ninja Warrior OBSESSED kids who has energy to burn and interest in developing their ninja skills. Focus is placed on ninja skills - grip, balance, speed and agility - all while having fun!
DEKA FIT Junior is a high intensity fitness class for 10-14 year olds looking to build their engine. The class is geared towards hybrid fitness stations and functional movements - lunges, rowing, heavy carries, burpees - and gamifying it.
